All You Need... Is Color

so two things inspired me to make this picture, MY FIRST FULL PAGE COLORED PICTURE!!!! first is an amazing artist on DA named pyromaniac. his style of art inspired me to try somethign new from what i usually do. second is the song Island by The Starting Line! so THANKYOU!!!! BOTH OF YOU!!! even though you both don't know that i exist, that's okay! ^^

anyways after all the blood, sweat, tears, handcramps, and tropical storm, i'm glad how it turned out!! it's my first completed piece and the longest work of art i've ever created in my entire life O____O it took 2 days, minor procrastination and the encouragement of my wonderful mother to get me to finish it ^^ so yes, THANKS MOM!!! ^^

also, the pixie things, clouds, and face idea came from looking at pyromaniac's art. i hope he doesn't kill me for using them though i probably should've asked first.... sorry! >< plz don't kill me or my art >< it'd be much appreciated...

media: 11"x14" paper (so the whole thing doesn't fit in my scanner xD), 0.5 uniball pen, Roseart colored pencils, crayola colored pencils, gallery colored pencils, prisma colored pencils (yes tons and tons of layers and color), high polymer eraser XD

note: i only use sketchbooks made from all recyclable materials, and u should too! D<.
brand is Windpower and can be found in most Michaels and art stores.... i think XD
